Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Aedon dating mobile application, published by Naboat. By accessing or using the App, the User unreservedly accepts these Terms.

The App is intended for adults only. If the User does not agree with any of these provisions, they must stop using the service.

Purpose

These Terms define the conditions under which the User may access the Aedon App and use the features offered by Naboat, including profile creation, profile browsing, user interactions, and Premium subscription features.

Access and registration

The App is strictly reserved for individuals aged 18 or over. Any registration attempt by a minor is prohibited. Registration requires the creation of a user account including, in particular, login credentials and personal information necessary for the operation of the service.

Conduct rules

The User undertakes to use the App in compliance with applicable laws, third-party rights, and these Terms. In particular, the User must not harass others, impersonate another person, publish unlawful content, or use the App for fraud, spam, or manipulative practices.

Prohibited content

  • Nude or sexually explicit photos.
  • Written or voice messages containing violence, threats, hateful, sexual, or discriminatory speech.
  • Any unlawful, misleading, fraudulent content, or content infringing third-party rights.

Freemium and subscription

Aedon offers a freemium model. Core features are available free of charge, subject to certain usage limits, including message volume limits. A paid subscription grants access to Premium features, such as ad removal or increased usage quotas.

Pricing, duration, renewal terms, and cancellation conditions are specified at the time of purchase through the relevant app stores.

Maintenance and service availability

The App may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, technical incidents, or more generally any event beyond Naboat's reasonable control. The Publisher will use reasonable efforts to inform Users in advance of scheduled maintenance and restore access to the service as soon as possible.

Except where otherwise required by mandatory law, Naboat shall not be held liable for temporary interruptions, slowdowns, or malfunctions affecting access to the App where such issues result in particular from service maintenance, communication network failures, app distribution platform outages, or force majeure events.

Liability

Naboat shall not be liable for inappropriate, fraudulent, or unlawful user behavior. Each User remains solely responsible for the content they publish, the information they share, and the interactions they initiate through the App.

Account suspension or deletion

Naboat reserves the right to suspend or delete any user account in the event of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or conduct affecting the proper operation or security of the App.

Reporting and abuse

The App allows Users to report profiles for inappropriate, abusive, or non-compliant behavior. Such reports are reviewed carefully by the moderation team. Abusive, repeated, or manifestly unfounded reports may themselves result in sanctions, including temporary or permanent account suspension.
