Scope
This policy applies to all Aedon users, all content published or transmitted in the App, profiles, photos, bios, voice introductions, messages, reports, and interactions between users.
This policy describes acceptable and prohibited uses of the Aedon dating mobile application, published by Nelson Parrilla, sole proprietor, trading under the commercial name Naboat.
This policy applies to all Aedon users, all content published or transmitted in the App, profiles, photos, bios, voice introductions, messages, reports, and interactions between users.
Aedon may be used to create a personal profile, discover profiles, listen to voice introductions, express mutual interest, and communicate with other users in the context of dating between consenting adults.
Aedon's paid features provide access to digital App functionality, such as the Premium subscription, viewing certain profiles that have expressed interest, or making previously skipped profiles eligible to appear again. They do not allow users to buy another user's attention, time, services, or content.
Any form of child sexual exploitation or abuse is strictly prohibited on Aedon. In particular, creating, publishing, sharing, transmitting, soliciting, promoting or facilitating access to child pornography or any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including through links, is prohibited. This prohibition also covers grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, and any assistance, encouragement or facilitation of these acts.
Payments processed for Aedon must only relate to digital App functionality. Users may not sell, buy, book, or reimburse services between themselves through Aedon.
Aedon does not allow paid conversations using credits, pay-per-message features, tips, user-to-user payments, requests for money, financial rewards, paid adult content, or transactions related to sexual or escort services.
Users can report a profile or inappropriate behavior from within the App. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team. Some content may also be subject to automated checks or safety escalations.
When credible evidence of illegal activity, danger to a person, or exploitation of a minor exists, Naboat may preserve relevant information and cooperate with competent authorities, in accordance with applicable law.
If this policy is violated, Naboat may remove content, limit features, suspend or delete an account, block a transaction, refuse abusive refund requests, preserve information necessary for service safety, or provide required information to competent authorities.
