Delete Account

This page explains how to request the permanent deletion of an Aedon account, either by email or directly from the mobile app.

We delete the account and associated data within a maximum of 30 days after verification of the request.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to aedon@naboat.fr from the address used for your Aedon account.
  2. Use the subject line: “Aedon account deletion”.
  3. In the message, include your username and confirm that you want your account permanently deleted.

Data we delete

  • User profile: login identifier, username, age, bio and preferences.
  • Profile photos and audio.
  • Messages and match history.
  • Notification tokens and device-related data.

Data temporarily retained

  • Minimal technical logs kept for fraud prevention or legal obligations, retained for up to 12 months and then deleted or anonymized.
  • Encrypted backups: deleted data disappears from backups no later than after a 30-day retention period.

Prefer doing it in-app?

  1. Open the Aedon app and sign in.
  2. From the main screen, tap Settings then My account.
  3. At the bottom of the screen, tap Delete my account and confirm.
  4. The app triggers the deletion on the server and signs you out. The same processing timeline applies as with email requests.
