Delete Account

Google Play: cancel using the Google account used for the purchase, under Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Aedon. Cancellation stops renewal; access remains available until the paid period ends while the Aedon account exists. Deleting your Aedon account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it before deleting your account. Google Play cancellation help.

1. Send an email to aedon@naboat.fr from the address used for your Aedon account.
2. Use the subject line: “Aedon account deletion”.
3. In the message, include your username and confirm that you want your account permanently deleted.

• Account and profile: login identifier, username, age, gender, bio, city and preferences.
• Photos, voice introduction and associated media files.
• Messages, matches, likes and skipped profiles.
• Notification preferences and device notification tokens.
• Subscription, purchase and quota records linked to the account in Aedon. Deleting your Aedon account does not erase billing documents retained by Stripe or Google Play under their obligations and policies.

• Certain reports and minimal technical logs may be retained for up to 12 months when needed to prevent abuse, handle a dispute or comply with a legal obligation, then deleted or anonymized.
• Deleted data disappears from encrypted backups no later than after a 30-day retention period.

1. Open the Aedon app and sign in.
2. From the main screen, tap Settings then My account.
3. At the bottom of the screen, tap Delete my account and confirm.
4. If the account is linked to Stripe, Aedon first closes any open payment sessions and immediately cancels ongoing Stripe subscriptions. If this step fails, deletion is stopped: try again or contact support. After server-side deletion, the App removes the account's secured local data and signs you out.
